feat: capture every field from historyOverview into the lake

- drop the trimRaw filtering: raw now keeps all ~60 fields verbatim
  (base 13 + _diff 环比差值 12 + _mall_avg/_rank 同行均值与排名 25 +
  _last_period 上期对比 13) — future rendering/analysis needs no refetch
- also retain the ds='all' range summary row (the only row carrying
